Do You Ship Beyond Canada?
At present, we only ship to Canadian addresses. As our business evolves, we plan to ship to the US and other international destinations.
Is Shipping Within Canada, Free?
For the most part, yes, but we will charge for a few remote locations, including The Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut. Logistics and cost are still problematic, but we will work to get a handle on that. Contact us for shipping arrangements to remote locations.
Do You Provide Refunds
We do not provide a refund based on customer preference. We will provide a refund or a no-charge replacement for any orders damaged during shipping.
